The Tyers Arts Festival is an annual event that commenced in 1979 and has grown to be one of the most anticipated arts festivals in regional Victoria, regularly exhibiting over 500 pieces of work from all over the state and beyond. 


The Tyers Art Festival is well supported by local and national businesses and corporations and raises money for Tyers Primary School and other Tyers community groups. 





The Tyers Art Festival Committee run the annual Festival which is held during the second weekend of November each year.

The ENGIE 38th Tyers Art Festival will be held on the 2nd weekend in November, 10th – 12th November, 2017.

The festival opens on Friday with a Gala Evening from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm where winning artworks of the 22 sections are announced. The festival then continues on Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with the opportunity to view the exhibition, partake of a Devonshire Tea and enjoy the surrounds of the Tyers area in a relaxed atmosphere.

Sunday the ENGIE 38th Tyers Art Festival steps into high gear with the exhibition, craft market, entertainment including; local bands and schools groups, rides and activities to suit all ages and displays.

Entry categories include: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolours, Mixed Media, Pastel, Photography, Designer Craft, Drawing, Scratch Art, Over 40 Emerging Artist Award and a number of Young Artist Awards.

Entries for the ENGIE 38th Tyers Art Festival will close on Friday 20th October. Entry forms are available on this website by clicking the link below.  Craft stall application forms are also available.
